On receipt of your incubator we will test and diagnose the problem and report back to you with a quotation before we complete any work.  

We regret that we are unable to offer a ‘while you wait’ service for incubators as each incubator needs to be fully bench tested before return to the customer and this can take several hours even for the smallest repair, due to the need to wait for temperature to stablise and be maintained.
